A. Pump flow piston system

part name:
1. hand pump
2. suction valve
3. valve tap
4. grinding rollers
5. pump house
6. Piston

B. Single-acting pump flow
a) step between

How it works:

Grinding roller is pressed down by the eccentric, the volume below the piston into a small, open the tap valve
Solar flow chamber above the piston as the volume above the piston becomes greater
In this step does not occur suction and pressure solar

b) Step suction and press

How it works:

Eccentric does not suppress the grinder rollers, the piston is pressed upwards by a spring,
The volume under the piston to be great suction valve open

Solar sucked from the tank through the filter screen, the volume above the piston becomes smaller, press valve to close, diesel fuel is pressed into a fine sieve

C. Double-acting pump of flow

a) The move against the spring

How it works:

Grinding roller is pressed by the eccentric
The volume under the piston becomes smaller, diesel fuel flowing out through KT1 volume above the piston becomes greater
Solar flow through into the space above the piston KI2.

KT = valve tap
KI = suction valve

b) the return step

How it works:

Piston moves upwards due to spring pressure, the volume above the piston becomes smaller, diesel fuel flowing out through KT2 volume below the piston becomes larger, diesel fuel from the tank flows through the chamber below the piston KI1

These pumps are used for large diesel motors

D. Pumps of flow membrane system

1. lever
2. spring
3. Intake valve / suction
4. Exhaust valve / tap
5. membrane

step suction

How it works:
Lever is pressed by the eccentric. Membrane coming down,
The volume above the membrane becomes large, the suction valve opens, enter the solar chamber above the membrane

step press

How it works:
The membrane moves upwards due to spring pressure on the membrane into a small volume, will open the tap valve, diesel fuel is pressed out through the valve tap
